HELSINKI (Reuters) - A joint project to develop a blueprint of a smartphone for fast 3G networks by Symbian, Freescale <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=FSL.N&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">FSL.N</A>, Nokia <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=NOK1V.HE&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">NOK1V.HE</A> and Elektrobit <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=EBG1V.HE&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">EBG1V.HE</A> is on schedule, a senior official at Nokia said.
