HELSINKI (Reuters) - Nokia <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=NOK1V.HE&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">NOK1V.HE</A> said there was no need for a single radio frequency for mobile television across the European Union and said the Commission's plan for an interim solution was unrealistic.
