NEW YORK (Reuters) - Verizon Communications Inc. <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=VZ.N&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">VZ.N</A> on Tuesday said it expanded an agreement with Microsoft Corp. <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=MSFT.O&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">MSFT.O</A> to start offering the software makers Windows Live services to its high speed Internet customers.
